Publishing Ethics
Journal’s editorial policy is based upon traditional ethical principles of Russian academic periodicals; it supports Academic Periodicals Ethical Codex, stated by Committee on Publication Ethics (Russia, Moscow) and it is formed in account of standards of ethics of editors’ and publishers’ work confirmed by Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors and Code of Conduct for Journal Publishers, developed by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), as well as Declaration of the Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers “Ethical principles of scientific publications”.
Each member of the Editorial Council and the Editorial Board, author, reviewer, publisher, as well as institutions involved in the publishing process, must comply with publishing ethics rules and take all reasonable measures to prevent their violations.
The editor reserves the right to reject the publication of a scientific article in case of violation of the publication ethics rules.
