Violation of the Publishing Ethics Rules

  1. The editor adheres to the standards of academic ethics, protects the reputation of authors and takes seriously all cases of plagiarism.
  2. Any case of violation of Publishing Ethics by the editor, author or reviewer is subject for a mandatory investigation. This rule applies to both published and unpublished materials.
  3. In order to ensure impartiality, the editor carefully examines each case and consider the arguments of all stakeholders. Before taking further action, the editor seeks to obtain the reliable information from the authors of the considered publication or from the copyright owners. The decision of the editor shall be impartial, objective and not influenced by third parties.
  4. The editors reserve the right not to respond to accusations of plagiarism, if the person, who has declared plagiarism, provides false or incomplete information about himself, acts anonymously or in an unethical or threatening form. The editor is not obliged to discuss cases of alleged plagiarism with persons not directly related to it.
