Publication Ethics for Reviewers
- The submitted article received for review should be considered as a confidential document that cannot be transferred for review or discussion to third parties without permission of the editor.
- The reviewer shall not consider the unpublished data obtained from submitted papers for his personal use.
- The reviewer shall give an objective and reasoned assessment of the results of the study. Any decisions based on any personal preferences of the reviewer are not allowed.
- The reviewer should notify the editor of any significant similarity or coincidence of the considered scientific article with any other work (published or unpublished), of which he is aware.
- When finding significant errors, inaccurate information, plagiarism or other violations, the reviewer should specify it in the review and immediately report it to the editor.
