Publication Ethics for Reviewers

  1. The submitted article received for review should be considered as a confidential document that cannot be transferred for review or discussion to third parties without permission of the editor.
  2. The reviewer shall not consider the unpublished data obtained from submitted papers for his personal use.
  3. The reviewer shall give an objective and reasoned assessment of the results of the study. Any decisions based on any personal preferences of the reviewer are not allowed.
  4. The reviewer should notify the editor of any significant similarity or coincidence of the considered scientific article with any other work (published or unpublished), of which he is aware.
  5. When finding significant errors, inaccurate information, plagiarism or other violations, the reviewer should specify it in the review and immediately report it to the editor.
