Publication Ethics for Editors
- The editor seeks to ensure high quality, originality and relevance of published articles to the Journal’s scientific domain.
- The editor takes responsibility for the publication of copyright works.
- The editor should assess the content of submitted articles regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious views, origin, citizenship, social status or political preferences of the authors.
- The editor should consider all submitted articles provided by the author, and make an objective decision about the possibility of their publication, based on the relevance to the Journal’s scientific domain, topicality, novelty and scientific value of the submitted materials, clarity of presentation, reliability of the results and completeness of the conclusions.
- The editor should avoid publishing the materials if there is a sufficient ground to believe that it is plagiarism.
- The editor should justify its decision both in case of acceptance or in case of rejection to publish a scientific article.
- The editor should not leave unanswered claims concerning the considered manuscripts or already published materials, as well as to take all necessary steps to restore the violated rights in case of a conflict situation.
- The editor has no right to disclose information about a submitted article to anyone, except for persons directly involved in considering, reviewing, editing and publishing of it. Unpublished data obtained from submitted papers shall not be considered for personal use.
- If necessary, the editor will agree with the authors on the final version of the submitted article before publication.
