Publication Ethics for Authors

1. The author (or a group of authors) bears the initial responsibility for the novelty and reliability of the results of a scientific research.
2. All persons who have made a significant contribution to the study should be listed as co-authors of the scientific article. Among the co-authors it is unacceptable to indicate persons not participating in the study.
3. The authors must ensure that the results of the research presented in the submitted article are original. In case of borrowing fragments or statements, the authors should refer to the primary source/author. Plagiarism in any form, including quotations (without reference to the original author), paraphrasing or assignment of rights on the results of someone else’s research, is unethical and unacceptable
4. By submitting a scientific article to the editor, the author confirms that this article is not under consideration by others editors of journals and that it has not been previously published elsewhere.
5. The author must adhere to ethical standards while criticizing or commenting the researches of third parties.
6. If the author finds significant errors or inaccuracies in a scientific article at the stage of its consideration or after its publication, he should notify the editor as soon as possible.
7. When making a decision to publish a scientific article, the author reserves the right of authorship without any restrictions, and agrees to transfer the right to publish and distribute it (both electronic and print version), including the transferring of bibliographic information to the scientific citation databases and open access posting of full-text version in the Scientific Electronic Library – eLIBRARY.RU and on the Journal’s website.
